Questions We Are Often Asked
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We can add a simple studio app, like the one in the photographer demo, where you change texts, photographs, products and pages without code. If you would rather not, we make the changes for you.
How long does a website take?
A designed showcase site of a few pages usually takes two to four weeks; a shop takes longer. The scoping step ends with a dated plan, milestone by milestone.
Will the site be fast on mobile?
Yes. Sites are designed for phones first, images are optimised, and we test speed on real devices before every delivery.
Who owns the design and the code?
You do, once the work is paid: the source code, the design files, the domain and the hosting accounts.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
We can. We set up hosting, the domain and backups, and can keep looking after the site afterwards, through Upwork like the rest of the work.
